Lincoln's Veterans' Services

The Veterans’ Services Officer (VSO) is an advocate for Lincoln’s veterans and their dependents. The VSO can assist veterans with questions they have about their state and federal veteran benefits and services. The VSO can also help veterans apply for those benefits. Benefits and services include emergency financial or medical assistance programs for veterans in need, Veterans Affairs Compensation and Pension claims, educational benefits, real estate tax abatement, employment and training opportunities, burial information, and innumerable other benefits.
